Applications for publishing are accepted by Logical-Lust from authors/writers of quality romance and erotica. You don’t have to be an established, previously published author as submissions will be judged on their own merits. Please read the following guidelines carefully as applications which do not follow these guidelines will be immediately dismissed without consideration.
What we will NOT accept
We will not consider for publication any material that depicts hate, rape, racism, underage sex, paedophilia, necrophilia, bestiality, snuff, incest or any other material subsequently deemed unsuitable by us.
How to submit an application
Novel/novella applications should be at least 35,000 words in length. Collections or anthologies, of any number stories, should be at least 25,000 words for total content.
Submissions MUST in the following format in Times New Roman, 10pt font, single-spaced with one blank line between paragraphs. No indents or custom formatting please! Your submission MUST also contain the following information at the start of the file:
Pen name (if used)
Actual name and address (these are for our use only and kept solely on file)
Contact phone number
Email address
For a novel/novella, please send the following:
A full author bio;
A detailed synopsis, including characterisation;
The first two, and last, chapters.
For a collection or an anthology, please send the following:
A full author bio (or bio of the compiler if not an author of any material);
A description of the content (genre, style, etc.);
One excerpt of approximately 500 words from each of five of the stories involved (if there are less than five stories in the collection, then one excerpt from each).

IMPORTANT - please edit your work! Unedited, or poorly edited material will be quickly rejected. For those interested, Logical-Lust can provide a separate editing service.

Rights
Logical-Lust Publications will retain worldwide digital and print rights which will be exclusive for 730 days from the date of publication, and will retain non-exclusive worldwide digital and print rights after this period unless the author chooses not to extend the contract. If the contract is extended, the author retains Secondary rights to his/her work.
Payment terms
For novels/single author collections we pay royalties of 7.5% of the cover price for sales through distributions outlets, and 22.5% of the cover price for sales from our own website bookstore(s), payable calendar quarterly.
For collections/anthologies of multiple authors submitted by one person acting as an agent for all the authors, we pay the royalty to that agent for the rights to publish material, while authors retain ownership of their work. The anthology agent must provide written proof of consent by all authors they represent. Responsibility for payment to individual authors lies with said agent, and not with us.
